Frequently check the grounding device of the fuel dispenser for reliable grounding
The fuel dispenser is well grounded, which can effectively eliminate static electricity, filter out external interference, increase the working stability of the computer motherboard of the fuel dispenser and the safety of data parameters, and eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by static electricity.
Always check the grounding resistance of the fuel gun of the fuel dispenser
The oil gun, movable joint, rubber hose and oil sight glass of the fuel dispenser shall be reliably connected. If the oil gun is poorly grounded, the static electricity on the vehicle cannot be released through the oil gun, movable joint, rubber hose, oil sight glass, fuel dispenser, ground wire and the ground during refueling, which may cause ignition between the oil gun and the vehicle fuel tank during refueling and may cause dangerous accidents.
Always check whether the exhaust pipe of the fuel dispenser is unblocked
When the weather is hot, the exhaust volume of the fuel dispenser's exhaust pipe increases. If the exhaust is blocked artificially or caused by other reasons, the fuel dispenser may have the following faults:
1. The metering of fuel dispenser is inaccurate;
2. The separation of oil and gas during refueling is invalid, there are bubbles in the oil sight glass, and gas is discharged during refueling;
3. There is a pause during refueling;
4. Fuel dispenser switch tripping number;
5. The fuel dispenser does not discharge oil in hot weather;
6. Oil gas separator or combined pump, gear pump body burst;
7. Oil sight glass burst;
8. Leakage occurs inside the fuel dispenser, causing valve leakage and joint seal leakage.
Always check the temperature of the fuel dispenser
When the weather is hot, the sunshade measures of some fuel dispensers are not perfect. The temperature of the fuel dispenser is too high due to the sun exposure, and then the following faults of the fuel dispenser occur:
1. The fuel dispenser does not deliver oil in hot weather;
2. The refueling machine stops during refueling;
3. The flow of the fuel dispenser changes from large to small when refueling;
4. The number jumps when the fuel dispenser is turned on and off;
5. The LCD of the display screen is damaged;
6. The main board is unstable;
7. Battery damage;
8. The transformer and power board are damaged;
9. Oil sight glass burst.
Pay attention to check the internal pressure of the fuel dispenser
When the weather is hot, the internal pressure of the fuel dispenser will be further increased. When the pressure of the fuel dispenser is too high, the service life of the fuel dispenser will be shortened, and the following faults will be caused:
1. Excessive vibration of fuel dispenser;
2. Tripping number of switch on and off;
3. The oil pump is damaged;
4. The solenoid valve diaphragm is damaged;
5. Oil leakage of all joint parts;
6. Oil sight glass burst;
7. Oil leakage after the oil gun is closed;
8. During refueling, too much oil and gas volatilization will increase the oil smell in the gas station, which is not only unfavorable to environmental protection, but also a potential safety hazard;
9. Excessive leakage of flowmeter causes inaccurate measurement.
Always check whether there is oil leakage inside the fuel dispenser
If there is oil leakage inside the fuel dispenser, it will cause excessive oil accumulation at the bottom of the fuel dispenser. In addition, the weather temperature is high, especially the gasoline is very volatile, and the gasoline vapor is denser than the air. Therefore, it is easy to gather in low-lying places and form explosive mixtures with the air. Any small spark or invisible static electricity will cause dangerous accidents in the fuel station.
Always pay attention to check whether the explosion-proof performance of each explosion-proof junction box of the fuel dispenser is good, and eliminate the potential safety hazards in time
1. Check whether the leads of each junction box are loose. If they are loose, oil and gas will enter the explosion-proof box, and the sparks of the explosion-proof box will jump out, which will cause safety accidents;
2. Whether the bolts of each explosion-proof box are fully installed and whether the sealing surface of the explosion-proof box is well sealed;
3. Whether the wiring terminals and connectors inside the explosion-proof box are firmly installed. If they are loose, they will cause ignition, burn the connector and plug-in, and cause the fuel dispenser to work abnormally. For example, the fuel dispenser stops during refueling and the motor is short.
8、 Pay attention to check whether the fuel dispenser power supply switch is in good performance
Abnormal contact of the power supply switch of the fuel dispenser may cause intermittent power supply of the fuel dispenser, especially when the motor of the fuel dispenser is started, causing the power supply voltage of the fuel dispenser to drop, causing the fuel dispenser to work abnormally, and sometimes causing the following faults:
1. The refueling machine stops during refueling;
2. The main board of the fuel dispenser is unstable and data is lost;
3. The electrical control part is damaged
4. The fuel dispenser lacks phase and burns out the motor (the tax controlled fuel dispenser has the function of phase loss protection).
