When the low-pressure pipeline gas is filled into the automobile cylinder to achieve the basic pressure balance, that is, when the flow of the low-pressure solenoid valve is less than the set value of 1.8kg/min, the low-pressure solenoid valve is closed after being identified by the control board of the intelligent measurement and control system, and the medium-pressure solenoid valve is opened. At this time, the medium-pressure pipeline gas is filled into the automobile cylinder. Due to the pressure difference, the cylinder can be filled again until the pressure is basically balanced again (at this time, the flow is less than the set value of 1.2kg/min), and the medium-pressure solenoid valve is closed, Open the high-pressure solenoid valve, and the high-pressure pipeline gas will replenish the gas cylinder of the automobile until it is filled with 20MPa compressed natural gas.
