This unit removed water from pressurized gas through a molecular sieve, ensure that the dew point of product gas to gas standards used in CNG vehicle (less than -60℃).

Features:
● The porous molecular sieve solid adsorbent is used to remove water from natural gas, so as to purify gas and reduce water dew point;
● The equipment is composed of molecular sieve absorption tower, pre coalescence filter separator, post dust removal filter, heat exchanger, regeneration gas air cooler, regeneration gas-liquid separator, automatic switching valve group and other components;
● Natural gas enters from the top of the dehydration tower and completes the Adsorption Dehydration Process in the molecular sieve dehydration tower from top to bottom;
● After a certain period of time, the dry gas heated to 300 ℃ is used to purge the molecular sieve bed from bottom to top. The water adsorbed by the molecular sieve is desorbed by high temperature heating, and the molecular sieve is regenerated.
