Shaanxi,China's First Integrated Hydrogen Energy Utilization Testing Project Successfully Commissioned

 

Recently, the first integrated hydrogen energy utilization testing project in Shaanxi,China, constructed by Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Inspection and Testing Co., Ltd., successfully completed its full-process commissioning and is now officially ready for operation.

 

The project's core containerized hydrogen refueling equipment was independently engineered and custom-built by Endurance. This milestone not only advances the development of full-scenario hydrogen energy application demonstrations across Northwest China, but also validates Endurance's proven expertise in the R&D and manufacturing of critical hydrogen energy infrastructure.

The project represents Shaanxi China's first modular, containerized green hydrogen value chain demonstration ,integrating photovoltaic-powered PEM electrolysis, high-pressure hydrogen storage, on-site vehicle dispensing, and fuel cell combined heat and power (CHP) generation within a single, interconnected system. Its commissioning addresses a critical gap in full-scenario hydrogen energy demonstration in Northwest China. Situated within the Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Quality and Technology Innovation Base, the project encompasses a complete suite of subsystems ,PEM hydrogen production system,high-pressure storage, vehicle dispensing, fuel cell, and CHP ,covering every key segment of the hydrogen value chain: production, storage, transport, dispensing, and end use.

The containerized hydrogen refueling equipment independently developed and manufactured by Endurance serves as the project's core critical facility.     01 -High Integration, Rapid Deployment The system integrates a hydrogen compressor: Sequential control panel, and hydrogen dispenser within a single enclosure, minimizing footprint and enabling fast, straightforward on-site installation.

    02 -Built-in Cooling, Deployment Cost-Effective Deployment: An integrated cooling unit removes the requirement for external cooling infrastructure, simplifying on-site piping while lowering both installation costs and commissioning time.

    03 -Smart Controls, Simplified Operation: The unified control architecture combines compressor management and station control into a single platform, enabling one-touch dispensing operations, intelligent system monitoring, reduced O&M burden, and enhanced station safety performance.

 

Upon commissioning, the project establishes a zero-carbon circular energy loop: photovoltaic green power drives daytime hydrogen electrolysis and high-pressure storage, while fuel cells deliver clean electricity at night - achieving full green power self-sufficiency for the facility. This positions the site as a model small-scale zero-carbon industrial park, contributing directly to the region's carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets.
