LCNG pump skid is a device that converts LNG (liquefied natural gas) into CNG (compressed natural gas) after pressurizing the LNG in the low-temperature storage tank in the filling station (the temperature of LNG in the storage tank is generally between -162°C and -125°C, and the pressure is between 0.1 and 1.2MPa) to the maximum pressure of 25MPa. The plunger pump, instrument cabinet, valve and pipeline are all integrated on the pump skid. The high pressure carburetor, EAG carburetor, electric heater, sequence control panel and other equipment can also be integrated on skid.

Features:

● The main function adopts automatic control, reduces the influence of human operation, and increases the operation safety.

● The plunger pump is installed separately from the main skid body. On the one hand, the plunger pump is directly connected with the foundation to reduce the vibration of the plunger pump, and on the other hand, the impact of the plunger pump vibration on the parts of the main skid body is avoided.

● The actual working conditions of the process operation were tested. The main pipe of the piston pump was cooled by Fluus material or vacuum to avoid the influence of LNG gasification on the piston pump liquid intake.

● The piston pump vacuum pipeline structure is equipped with inlet buffer and gas-liquid separation device, on the one hand to ensure the piston pump into the liquid, on the other hand to reduce the impact of LNG gasification on the piston pump.

● The pump return gas pipeline is set with upturn and tilt Angle structure, which is conducive to pump return gas.

● The sled is small in size. Reduce site footprint.
