Hydraulic piston compressors are built in areas where there are no natural gas pipelines. CNG mother station pressurized natural gas storage through the compressor, and then CNG trailer will transport 25Mpa compressed natural gas to the sub station for CNG car refueling.
LCNG pump skid is a device that converts LNG (liquefied natural gas) into CNG (compressed natural gas) after pressurizing the LNG in the low-temperature storage tank in the filling station (the temperature of LNG in the storage tank is generally between -162°C and -125°C, and the pressure is between 0.1 and 1.2MPa) to the maximum pressure of 25MPa.
CNG Daughter Station is installed where a CNG fill station is desired but there is no natural gas pipeline. Natural gas is brought to the CNG station by mobile storage. A daughter station compressor quickly and efficiently moves the natural gas from the mobile storage to ground storage.
Pressure Reduction Station is used for separating of particles, pressure regulating and metering of feed gas received in the station.
JQ Series CNG Filling Post for Tube Trailer is a type of CNG dispenser used for refueling CNG tube trailers, HCV, MCV or LCV transport vehicles in the CNG mother stations. It is designed with high flow rate of up to 75 kg/min.
The CNG Priority Panel is mainly composed of sequence valve, high pressure ball valve, check valve, pressure gauge, high pressure joint, high pressure ferrule and high pressure pipeline.
CNG Storage Cascade Stores CNG at different pressures in groups. After high pressure vaporization, water bath vaporizer, CNG into the priority panel, through automatic distribution, stored in three groups of high, medium and low pressure CNG cylinders.
What is Natural Gas Dryer?
Natural gas dryers remove water vapor prior to storing or using natural gas for a vehicle fuel. High water content can cause blockage of CNG in fueling systems and can contribute to corrosion in storage vessels and piping.
Type of Natural Gas Dryer

Refrigerated Gas Dryers
These dryers operate on the principle of condensation. Refrigerated gas dryers cool compressed gas to very low temperatures allowing moisture suspended in it to condense into its liquid form. Once the water has been removed, a dry stream of gas can flow onwards to applications that require it.
Refrigerated dryers come as either cycling or non-cycling variants. Cycling refrigerated dryers operate similar to standard refrigerators supplying variable cooling according to demands. Non-cycling units provide constant cooling independent of demands, but this makes them a less efficient option.

Deliquescent Gas Dryers
These dryers possess an absorptive mechanism that helps remove moisture from the gas that passes through them. In addition, deliquescent dryers use hygroscopic salt tablets that require replacement when saturated.

●Its ease of use in special conditions where contaminated gas/waste gases are being handled
●Minimal maintenance requirements
●Does not require electricity to operate


Desiccant Gas Dryers
Desiccant gas dryers also use hygroscopic materials (silica gel, activated alumina) to achieve gas drying. The absorption setup typically comprises a twin tower drying system with both chambers filled with desiccant materials.
During operation, one tower is actively drying gas channeled through it while the second is in a regenerative state (desiccant saturated with moisture is being renewed for further use). Both towers switch back and forth between drying and regenerative phases throughout the operation cycles.

●Suitable for use in harsh, isolated environment
Chemical Gas Dryers
These dryers utilize hygroscopic materials to achieve moisture removal from pressurized gas. A typical setup is a drying unit that contains calcium chloride or lithium bead that pulls moisture out of the gas stream passing through it. In addition, high-quality coalescing and particulate filters are often integrated to prolong the lifespan of the drying material.

Membrane Gas Dryers
Membrane dryers are an efficient option for compressed gas drying. They utilize specialized membranes containing microtubules to filter moisture out of compressed gas. These microtubules retain water while a stream of the dried gas is permitted to flow through to a collection unit or required application.

Ten Tips on How to Effectively Use Natural Gas Dryer
Make sure the work area is properly ventilated. Proper gas circulation throughout the area is necessary for gas dryers to work effectively.
The gas dryer should blow over the floor and not on the floor. Place the machine at a 45-degree angle to the floor.

Place an gas dryer in all corners of the room.
Select stackable gas dryers that offer variable positions to deal with different floor situations especially in large floor areas.
Never place the gas dryer directly against the wall; it should be at least six inches from the wall.
Select gas dryers with variable speeds. In some cases, a lower [speed] setting is preferable-for instance, if floor finish has just been applied. Usually, after mopping a floor, a higher speed is best.

What are the Consequences of not using Natural Gas Dryer?
Increased moisture in the compressed gas systems causes rusting of the essential components of the gas dryer, such as the gas pipes and valves which leads to loss of energy and doesn't allow the compressed gas systems to work at their optimum capacity. Rusting is common in humid weather, so you need to take extra care in the humidity-hit United Arab Emirates.
Due to the high moisture content, the compressed gas systems function poorly and affect the performance of the gas dryer. For spray painting applications, the quality of the finish such as the color, adherence and finish of the paint are compromised – resulting in bad quality products, which means frequent complaints from the customers!
Not using dry compressed gas can affect the functioning of pneumatic controls. These controls can malfunction due to rust, scaling, and clogged orifices which can lead to unwanted disruptions and even a sudden halt in the business operations altogether!
You don't want your machine to just give up in the middle of work. With regular maintenance, the chances of unexpected issues are minimized.
Abnormal gas content and temperatures in the compressed gas systems sometimes lead to false or incorrect readings of instrumentation, which leads to interruption or even unexpected shutdown of plant processes.

How to use Natural Gas Dryer
Installation
Ensure the natural gas drying system is installed in a well-ventilated area with sufficient space for air circulation. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines and local building codes for proper installation.
Gas Connection

Ventilation
