CNG Priority Panel

The CNG Priority Panel is mainly composed of sequence valve, high pressure ball valve, check valve, pressure gauge, high pressure joint, high pressure ferrule and high pressure pipeline.

Priority panel will be used for filling compressed gas to the cascade storage cylinders in sequence based on the pressure monitoring at the set pressure automatically.

The compressor will give first priority to high pressure cylinder, and then middle pressure, and lastly low pressure cylinder.

Features:

1.Replace the mechanical pressure regulating valve with solenoid valve. There is no pressure loss after opening, which is lower 1-2Mpathan the pressure loss of the mechanical sequential control panel, and it can reduce the energy consumption of the compressor or plunger pump about 5%~10%.

2.The opening pressure of solenoid valve can be set or adjusted directly in PLC control system, without manual adjustment, to reduce labor intensity.

3.The high, medium and low pressure pipelines are equipped with safety valves and pressure sensors for detecting the pressure of the gas storage facilities. The integration is higher than that of the mechanical sequential control panels, which can reduce the on-site installation workload greatly.

4.Set up an explosion-proof junction box, integrated solenoid valve, pressure sensor signal line, only need a multi-core cable to connect with PLC control cabinet, easy to install.
