2.Features
1. Air cooling system
2. Electronic solenoid valves instead of pneumatic actuated valves, thus instrument air system is not required for the compressor system, and air compressor is not required and not supplied.
3.Hydraulic oil #46 is recommended to be used for the compressor.
4. Power supply and UPS will be supplied by customer on battery limit.
5. CO2 flooding system, if required by local authority will be supplied by customer.
6.Barriers & Surge protectors are provided in the control panel.
7.The compressor is designed with automated unmanned operation and various safety designs for safe and steady operation with low operation cost.
8.Flameproof electrical items are tested and certified for use in explosive atmosphere.
9.Vent tube is provided to vent gas on top of compressor 2.5 meters height above the roof.
Fail safe mode is designed for enhanced safety. All important parameters are monitored and controlled by PLC as per the set value and 10.provide alarm in case of any abnormal operations, and trouble-shooting guide is provided on HMI.
Surge protector and relay is provided in control system to protect the electrical system. Phase sequence prevent-er is installed to prevent reverse rotation of motor.
11.Thermal Magnetic Over-current Relay is designed in control panel to protect motor.
12.One ESD on skid and one ESD on PLC are provided and inter-lock with each other to stop compressor in emergency case by pushing any of those ESD.
