Preparation before operation
1. The operator is responsible for the precooling of the dispenser pipeline and the dispenser during the liquid filling process of the submersible pump.
2. Check whether the compressed air system works normally and whether there are leakage points.
3. Select "LNG gas filling" from "parameter setting" on the computer interface of the control system. The inlet and outlet emergency shut-off valves of the submersible pump are pneumatically opened. Start precooling the submersible pump and set the precooling temperature of the submersible pump to - 115 ℃.
4. After the precooling of the submersible pump is completed, press the "precooling" button on the operation panel of the dispenser. Precooling liquid filling vacuum pipeline and liquid filling machine. The precooling temperature of the dispenser is set to - 115 ℃.
Liquid feeding operation flow
1. Command the vehicle to park at the designated position, require the driver to turn off the engine, pull the handbrake, pull out the vehicle key and turn off the main power supply.
2. Put two triangular logs under the wheels to prevent the vehicle from sliding.
3. The driver shall open the vehicle filling panel, and the filling worker shall designate the driver to stand outside the safety line.
4. Insert the filling machine gun into the vehicle filling card holder.
5. Press the "OK" button on the operation panel of the dispenser to start adding liquid.
6. If the on-board cylinder pressure is less than 0.8MPa and stable, the air return gun can be removed in advance
7. During the liquid filling process, the data on the display panel and the pressure change of the on-board steel cylinder and the liquid dispenser shall be closely monitored to prevent overfilling and liquid filling without words. At the same time, check whether there is any leakage between the liquid filling gun and the liquid filling card seat. If any abnormality is found, handle it immediately
Non quantitative dosing
Insert the filling gun into the vehicle filling card seat, connect the air return gun and the air return card seat, and press the gas filling button on the keyboard of the dispenser to fill the gas. When the on-board steel cylinder reaches the filling coefficient, the dispenser automatically stops filling by default. In the process, you can also press the stop button to manually end the filling.
Quantitative dosing
First, set the gas volume (M3 or kg) or amount to be added through the keyboard, and then press the gas adding key to start adding liquid. When the set value is reached or the set value is not reached but the pressure and flow are less than the minimum limit of the liquid adding machine, the liquid adding will be automatically ended.
End of operation
1. After the gas filling is completed, the buzzer of the computer controller will sound three times continuously to automatically stop the liquid filling.
2. Remove the dispensing gun from the on-board dispensing card holder, place the dispensing gun head on the support bracket, and end the dispensing.
3. Ask the driver to sign the bill.
