Inspection Of LNG Voltage Regulator Equipment

(1) The inspection shall be carried out according to the as built drawing of the project and the installation inspection specification of the voltage regulator.

(2) Understand the pipeline route of the medium pressure part, the location, specification and model of the condensate tank and valve well.

(3) Grasp the pipeline direction, valve position, specification and model of low-pressure part, gas consumption equipment and other auxiliary facilities of pipe network.

(4) Understand the user's gas consumption nature, gas consumption and gas consumption characteristics to determine the pressure setting value.

(5) Carefully check whether the model and appearance of the regulator are in good condition, check whether the technical parameters of the regulator are consistent with the requirements of the design drawings, and if the regulator is in the station, check the leakage alarm, fire extinguisher, anti-static and other equipment and facilities.

(6) Check whether the pipe network is purged and whether there are rust, dust, water and other sundries.

(7)When the pipe network and the pressure regulator are delivered for use, the air tightness test must also be carried out (the strength test has been carried out during the pre inspection, and is omitted here). The details are as follows:

1. The air tightness test of pressure regulator shall be conducted separately from other pipeline equipment, and the instrument shall be removed to avoid damage.

2. On the inlet side, inflate and pressurize to the high pressure at the inlet, then close the outlet valve of the regulator, coat the interface with foam agent (neutral), and investigate for 1min. There shall be no leakage and other abnormalities.

3. As for the outlet side, the low pressure shall be tested with 4pa pressure, and there shall be no air leakage.
