The cooling mode of the compressor is generally divided into air-cooled and water-cooled. According to the working condition and demand, our company will generally give reasonable suggestions.
Generally speaking, cooling refers to cooling the high-temperature gas at all levels, the cylinders at all levels of the compressor, and the lubricating oil in the oil sump. Sufficient cooling can ensure a complete thermal cycle in the compressor, and ensure that the parts with high operating temperature can be cooled, so as not to cause the oil temperature to be too high and reduce the performance of the compressor and the oil temperature.
The air-cooled cooling system is mainly composed of fans, coolers, oil coolers, air ducts and air collecting rings.
The cooler is an important part of the cooling system. It is generally installed at the front end of the base price of the compressor and is specially used for the heat dissipation of the gas discharged from the compressor. The coolers are also installed in all stages of the compressor. Different compressors, coolers and oil coolers are arranged differently.
The fan is directly driven by the motor, sucking the air at normal temperature and pressure from the air inlet, and cooling the compressor through the rib surface of the compressor. The relevant parameters of the motor are different with different designs.
