Precautions for startup of special gas compressor and common troubleshooting

1. The first start-up shall be inched on for no more than 30 seconds. If the oil pressure gauge does not move, it shall be inched on again. If the oil pressure gauge still does not move after repeated 5-6 times, the oil gauge may be damaged or blocked, and the oil passage may be dredged or oil may be injected from the oil gauge hole.

2. When starting the machine, the oil pressure gauge should be at 1.5 ~ 3PA, and 2.0pa is the best state. Do not start the machine if the oil pressure is less than 1.5pa. If the machine is started forcibly, the cylinder may be broken.

3. Pay attention to changing the oil after the first 200 hours of operation.

4. Handle direction: the handle is vertical, and the air inlet and exhaust direction is lower inlet and upper exhaust, i.e. the bottom of the four-way valve is air inlet and the upper part is exhaust. At this time, it is in unloading state; The handle is horizontal, and the direction of air inlet and exhaust is reversed. At this time, it is in the loading state.

5. After a period of normal use, there will be water in the gas-liquid separator. When the water level reaches a certain position, the floating ball in the gas-liquid separator will float upward. At this time, the pressure gauge of the inlet valve will indicate 0. After closing the inlet valve, the pressure gauge will have pressure again. Open the drain hole to drain water, knock the shell of the gas-liquid separator to make the floating ball fall back. Under normal use, the water should be drained once every 2-3 days.

6. The belt shall rotate towards the motor during normal operation of the equipment.

7. If the equipment vibrates greatly during operation, it may be due to the uneven foundation during installation. Adjust the flatness of the equipment.

8. During normal use, the air inlet gauge shall be 0.8MPa and the exhaust gauge shall be 1.2MPa.

9. Under normal conditions, the exhaust temperature is 70 ℃. If the exhaust temperature is too high, it may be: a) the spring of the valve plate of the air valve is not elastic enough; B the valve plate of the air valve is broken; C. excessive wear of piston ring 10. Excessive wear of packing will cause oil and gas leakage and even black smoke. 11. The exhaust pressure ratio is small, and the unloading will be very slow, which may be caused by the rupture of the O-ring of the four-way valve. 12. During daily maintenance and repair, copper tools shall be used to prevent sparks. Iron tools shall not be used, and pipelines and equipment shall not be knocked.
