Skid mounted features
1. It is flexible and occupies less land. It does not depend on the natural gas pipeline network and only needs LNG tanker to carry LNG as the gas source. All process equipment in the station are installed on one skid with small overall dimension (long overall dimension × wide × 12m high × 2.5m × 3.31m)； The control system is installed in a modified standard container (overall dimension is long × wide × 6m high × 2.5m × 3m)； The overall total mass of the gas station before LNG filling is only 21.8t, which is very suitable for truck transportation. The location of the gas station can be changed at any time according to the market demand, which is particularly suitable in cities.
2. Safety, environmental protection and low energy consumption. LNG has been purified, and there is no need for devices with large power consumption such as compression, cooling, dehydration and desulfurization. The natural gas purification equipment and air compressor are eliminated in the whole production process, which greatly reduces the supporting facilities, not only saves the equipment cost, but also shortens the construction period.
3. High degree of automation and easy operation. Equipped with an automatic control system, data collection, combustible gas monitoring, overpressure pump stop and low-pressure pump start are automatically completed, simple and easy to operate.
Standard features
It is mainly applicable to the case where the gas filling capacity is 30000-50000 m3 / day and the gas filling capacity is relatively large,
Covering an area of about 5-7 mu, it is mainly used for heavy trucks with large vehicles and large filling capacity or intercity buses in large cities. The main equipment of 30000-50000 m3 / D standard gas station is configured as double pump and double liquid machine equipment.
L-CNG features
L-CNG gas station has strong comprehensive performance, which can be filled with LNG and CNG.
It can give full play to its efficiency in regions with favorable LNG prices and large cities.
Mobile features:
The mobile skid mounted station is mainly used when there is no condition to build the station for the time being, and the user needs to fill the gas urgently.
The feature is that all the equipment is installed on the mobile car, with strong mobility. The disadvantage is that the gas storage capacity is relatively small, and the storage tank is about 13 or 30 cubic meters.
