Meaning Of LCNG

Lcng automobile gas station is an automobile gas station that converts LNG with low pressure (0-0.8Mpa) and low temperature (- 162 ℃ - 145 ℃) into natural gas with normal temperature and high pressure (20-25mpa). Its main equipment includes: LNG storage tank (steel cylinder), LNG low-temperature and high-pressure pump, high-pressure vaporizer, CNG gas storage (well and cylinder group), sequence control panel, gas seller, automatic control system, etc. This process uses LNG low-temperature and high-pressure pump to pressurize LNG to 25.0mpa to complete the process of low-pressure to high-pressure. During the process, the control of the LNG booster pump and the overpressure stop, low-pressure start-up and fluid metering of the booster pump during operation are automatically completed by the console; LNG is heated and vaporized by absorbing the heat energy in the air through the high-pressure forced vaporizer to turn it into high-pressure natural gas (CNG), completing the process from low temperature to normal temperature, and then the gas is stored and sold through the sequence control panel. This process does not use natural gas compressor, only uses low-power high-pressure cryogenic pump, and does not need cooling water, which greatly reduces noise pollution and saves a lot of electric energy.
