Precautions for use of high purity hydrogen generator

The high-purity hydrogen generator can provide stable hydrogen gas source for domestic and imported gas chromatography. It is simple to operate. Just start the power switch to produce gas. The output pressure is stable, and the flow is displayed by LED digital display, which is more intuitive and eye-catching. The hydrogen generator only needs to supplement distilled water for daily use. The hydrogen generator can be used continuously or intermittently. Liquid storage, electrolytic hydrogen production and oxygen discharge are integrated. The hydrogen generator has low pool temperature and long service life. As a green power medium, hydrogen can meet the requirements of resources, environment and sustainable development at the same time, which is incomparable to other gas. The hydrogen generator uses hydrogen and oxygen flame cutting to replace the traditional continuous casting billet cutting skills. In addition, the hydrogen generator uses hydrogen and oxygen flame to carry out simple transformation of the original equipment, with less investment.

When the high-purity hydrogen generator is started, first replace the system with raw material hydrogen and vent from the valve. After the high-purity nitrogen in the system is completely replaced, select the operating temperature, operating pressure and release gas according to the hydrogen content in the raw material hydrogen and the required high-purity hydrogen quantity of the user, and then energize the heating palladium tube to discharge the high-purity hydrogen from the valve.

When upgrading the high purity hydrogen generator, pay attention to:

System protection

After promotion, the original protection is still necessary, that is, pressure protection. When the pressure difference between the on-line drying tower and the system is greater than 17psi, it will not be switched. The drying system will repeat stamping, so that the pressure value of the on-line drying tower is infinitely close to the system pressure value, at least less than 17psi.

Switch directionality

The original switching equipment can't see the detailed switching direction outside. It can only judge which drying tower is online and which drying tower is regenerated through the display screen on the touch screen. After promotion, there are pointing coordinates outside the regulating controller, which can directly judge the on-line drying tower and the regeneration drying tower. However, when installation is required, the setting of the initial position should be the same as the registration direction of the regulator and the four-way valve.

Switching time

The switching of the original motor is instantaneous and fast. After promotion, the switching time of the regulator is 150s, which is longer than that of the original motor. However, the switching is stable and the system pressure will not fluctuate too much. After promotion, the opening time of the solenoid valve in the program shall be set from the beginning. Otherwise, it will be opened once in the switching process, and the pressure protection will be closed instantaneously with the pressure. However, it will simply reduce the outlet pressure of the system and easily cause the lower equipment (compressor) to trip.
